​The World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellows Programme (GLF) is developed in partnership with INSEAD, The Wharton School, Columbia University, London Business School, China Europe International Business School and THNK School of Creative Leadership over the course of three years. Its design and delivery are based on the «Agile Servant Leader» framework, which helps participants to develop self-awareness, a global mindset, contextual intelligence, and the ability to think and intervene systemically in business and societal issues. Cohort 2015 graduated by 18 May 2018 with an Executive Master's in Global Leadership.
