Intrapreneurship is the practice of applying entrepreneurial skills and strategies within a company or organization to drive innovation and growth from within. It involves creating and developing new ideas, products, or services, and taking on the risks and rewards of turning those ideas into reality. Intrapreneurs often take on a leadership role within their organization, and are typically given the autonomy and support to explore new opportunities and drive change.
